At Intimate Rose, we want you to feel confident and comfortable in every piece you purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all eligible unworn items with original tags attached.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all hygiene liners and brand tags remain intact to qualify for a refund.

  Attach the Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through our portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; you will receive a notification and your refund or exchange once our quality team inspects the items.
